Pattern making is our strongest skill and the foundation of our practice. Having developed waterproof shells, down-insulated jackets, synthetic layering systems, and breathable packable garments, we know how each seam, dart, or curve will affect both performance and manufacturability.

Our approach adapts pattern structures not only for technical precision but also for the realities of production — ensuring they are factory-ready and cost-efficient. I can prototype and sew samples in-house, providing fast iterations before moving into large-scale development.

Great ideas are lost without clarity in execution. We create detailed tech packs and documentation that speak the language of manufacturers, bridging designers and factories. We understand how specifications need to be communicated to reduce error, streamline sampling, and maintain quality.

Developing apparel doesn’t end with design, it extends into the complexities of production. We guide brands through this process by advising on sourcing, adapting designs to specific factory capabilities, and optimizing construction for efficiency. Cost engineering is also an integral part of our work: finding ways to achieve the desired performance while keeping the product competitive in the market.
